Steve and Emma moved into the New Inn in October 2003 with their small family.
Over the years their family has grown and so has the pubs popularity, making The New Inn one of the busiest and well known pubs in the area. Focusing on being a warm welcoming place to visit, customer service, quality local produce and suppliers has always been the goal of the entire team.
Dating back to the 1600's The New Inn is located in the Mendip hills area of outstanding natural beauty, making it ideally situated for stunning walks and cycle rides along the old Strawberry line, up to Crooks peak, and Cheddar Gorge. The pub is only a 10 minute drive to both Bristol airport and junction 22 of the M5 if you want to pop in for a quick bite as you're passing and the local seaside towns of Brean, Berrow and Weston-super-Mare are just a short car journey away.
Whether you visit for our large beer garden with views overlooking the somerset levels, children's play area, out for a walk with your dog or quality food and drink you are sure to
be very welcome any time of the day.
